The Event

Join Gemma Harris at the peak of the foraging season on a day of exploring how to cook and enjoy the abundant, nutrient packed wild harvest around you in London.

The day's program will include.

  • Sampling a range of wild food including hop shoots, lime leaves, hogweed, wild garlic and more
  • Identifying and cooking with a range of gorgeous edible wild flowers
  • Making dolmades, pestos, dressings, dips, salads
  • Infusing oils and vinegars with wild flavours
  • Learn to dry, gather and store herbal teas
  • Delicious lunch of local, organic, wild ingredients
  • Take home recipe sheets


Fee: £65 (£52 Concession) includes a delicious organic lunch
