After struggling many years with skin and digestive issues, Litchey turned to wholesome healthy eating habits and herbalism to treat my conditions. She began the journey in 2015, completing a research paper for an EPQ (Extended project qualification) on natural ways of curing and treating with food and herbal remedies. Eager to delve further into the world of health, she started volunteering at Food For All where she met the inspiring MIH organisation. Today she works in the finance team at MIH and is grateful for being a part of this health conscious community.
