This easy to make crackers are tasty, nutritious and great accompinied with any dip!
Heat oven to 160 degrees Celsius.
Put the first 5 dry ingredients into a bowl.
Pour in the oil.
Mix.
Add enough water to make a dry dough.
Take the dough out of the bowl.
Knead the dough on a floured surface.
Roll out thinly.
Cut out into 12 - 15 pieces.
Place the pieces on baking parchment.
Brush with milk and sprinkle with seeds.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until cooked
