Kids here at Made in Hackney just love making granola. Use it in a slightly different way with this delicious dessert recipe and enjoy rhubarb at it';s best!
Ingredients
<ul><li>500 grammes pink rhubarb
Juice of two oranges
Zest of two oranges
1tablespoon date syrup
apple sauce or sweet freedom
Pot of soy yoghurt
Granola</li></ul>
Instructions

Cut the rhubarb into chunks.

Mix the honey and orange juice together.

Place the rhubarb in a baking tray and pour over the orange juice and date syrup.

Bake for 15 minutes until just tender.

Place the fruit in a bowl.

Mix the yoghurt with the orange zest and pour over the fruit, Finally sprinkle the granola over the yoghurt.
