<p>6 limes</p><p>1 orange</p><p>½ a mango</p><p>2 tablespoons grated ginger</p><p>1 garlic clove</p><p>4 tablespoons olive oil</p><p>1 small hot chilli pepper</p><p>1 teaspoon dried thyme</p><p>Pinch of salt</p>
