This weekend intensive course (attendance is compulsary for both Saturday and Sunday) will give you all the skills to get started working in a professional bakery. Informal experience baking bread at home is recommended.
You will learn:
-Sourdough Bread
-Proofing and fermentation
-Steaming, scoring and levain
-Mixing, dividing and shaping
-Using professional ovens
