The Event

"Raw food is whole food that is healthy, fresh, vibrant and packed with anti-oxidants and nutrients. I’ll show you how to uncook and prepare delicious and practical raw food meals to impress yourself, family and friends." Bruna Oliveira, Raw Chef and Nutritional Therapist.

The class will include:

  • How to make superfood breakfast bowl, tonic herbal drinks and chocolate smoothies
  • How to prepare nourishing lasagnas and superfood salads
  • How to make deliciously  healthy cake, cookies and chocolate
  • Learning about the benefits of raw food
  • Understanding how to combine ingredients and raw food skills

Bruna Oliveira graduated in physiotherapy in Brazil before moving to London in 2008, where she studied Naturopathy and Naturopathic Nutrition at CNM London, in order to pursue her passion for healthy and natural living. Bruna loves creating delicious recipes with the aim of inspiring people to transform their lives through making positive changes in their diet.

* This fee is used to fund our programme of free courses to vulnerable and low-income community groups

Refunds: we require a minimum of 7 days' notice for any cancellations or transfers once you have booked onto a class.

Stop press! Due to our growth (a good thing!) Made In Hackney is now VAT registered. This means from January 20th 2019 our masterclasses prices must include VAT - raising our prices by 20%. This is a legal requirement. Thanks for your understanding.
