The Event

Moving out of home soon or just want to take charge of your own meals? Love food but not sure how to cook? Join this one off class so you can learn the essentials of cookery so you can ditch the take aways and pot noodles and eat tasty. healthy, filling and quick to prepare home made food instead. This fun, action packed session will cover using herbs and spices, ingredients combining, different cookery techniques, knife skills and food hygiene. Home cooking saves you money and good food will keep your energy levels high so you can party, er, sorry study/work, for as long as you need! 

This class is open to young people living in Islington and is part of Islington councils summer Launchpad programme.
