Calling all dessert/cake lovers who want to get their sweet fix in as healthy a way as possible!
Jayne Totty, Nutritional Therapist and Chef, leads this delicious masterclass in all things sweet, baked but in as healthy a version as possible.
"I’ll be sharing all the principles of wholefood baking. We will explore a world of baking alternatives and you will leave this class with the confidence to create your own bakes with healthy benefits."
The class will include:
• Learning how to bake delicious sweet treats without refined sugars
• Exploring wholegrain flours with Gluten-Free options
• How to prepare a healthy take on cake frosting
• Learning how to make healthier version of breakfast bakes, biscuits, scones and cakes
• How to use plant based alternatives to eggs and butter
• A delicious organic lunch and recipes to take home
Fee: £65 (£52 Concession) includes a delicious organic lunch
