"I’ll be introducing you to the foundations of herbalism to enhance your health and wellbeing. I'll show you how to use roots, barks and locally grown herbs in teas, syrups, creams and salves that are pure, natural and a pleasure to make" Anne Quinne, Medical Herbalist.
The class will include:
• How to blend herbs to treat common conditions - such as skin and digestion problems
• Making lush herbal creams for dry skin using natural ingredients
• How to mix herbal cough and sore throat syrup
• Making a healing salve for cuts and bruises
• Learning how to infuse water and oils for therapeutic use
• Delicious organic lunch and handouts to take home
Fee: £65* (£52 concessions) includes a delicious organic lunch.
