How to make a colourful, flavour and nutrition, packed dish that puts plants at the centre of the plate all whilst minimising waste and centring seasonal produce.
Ingredients

15minutes soaked for at least in hot water beforehand

40ml water
30ml lemon juice
3tablespoons nutritional yeast
1clove garlic
¼ teaspoon salt </li></ul><p> </p>
Instructions

Put all the ingredients in a blender , adding water a tablespoon at a time.

Then blend until you have a smooth dressing.

Taste and adjust salt/lemon if required.
