Cashew sour cream

How to make a colourful, flavour and nutrition, packed dish that puts plants at the centre of the plate all whilst minimising waste and centring seasonal produce.

Instructions

    1. Put all the ingredients in a blender , adding water a tablespoon at a time.
  1. Then blend until you have a smooth dressing.
  2. Taste and adjust salt/lemon if required.
