This recipe came from our Vegan Japanese community class, the most over subscribed class we have ever put on! If you missed it then here's your chance to cook some of the delicious food at home.
Ingredients
<ul><li>500 grammes Chapche (dried grass noodle)
100grammes spinach
1onion
1carrot
1/2red pepper
2cloves Garlic
5mushrooms
5teaspoons White sesame seeds
20grammes natural sea salt
25milliliters shoyu
2tablespoons date syrup
3tablespoons vegetable oil</li></ul>
Instructions

Boil Chapche noodles for 6minutes and wash with cold water.

Heat vegetable oil in a fry, pan and fry garlic, shredded carrots, mushrooms and onions and add a pinch of salt.

Add chapche noodles ,spinach, red peppers, salt, date syrup and shoyu.

Turn off the heat and add sesame oil and white sesame seeds.
