Mix the flour and water with a whisk or in a food processor.
Leave overnight or for at least ½ an hour to soak.
Heat up a small frying pan to a medium heat and melt ½ a teaspoon of coconut oil.
Place 4 tablespoons of the mix into the pan and swirl around until even.
When it is brown on one side flip the pancake over and cook the other side.
