Easy chickpea wraps
It’s really worth having this recipe under your belt. These wraps are tasty and versatile alternative to bread, and can be frozen until you need them.

Mix the flour and water with a whisk or in a food processor.
Leave overnight or for at least ½ an hour to soak.
Heat up a small frying pan to a medium heat and melt ½ a teaspoon of coconut oil.
Place 4 tablespoons of the mix into the pan and swirl around until even.
When it is brown on one side flip the pancake over and cook the other side.
