Ingredients
<ul><li>Boiling water
A pinch of ginger
1cardamamon pod
1/4teaspoon fennel seeds
1/2teaspoon chai masala
1spoonful of loose leaf tea
Plant based milk</li></ul>
Instructions

Boil some water in a saucepan.

Add in a little bit of ginger (frozen, powder or fresh).

Put in the cardamom pod (make sure it';s open).

Add fennel seeds and ground chai masala.

Add a spoonful loose leaf tea (or a tea bag).

Add plant based milk to reach your preferred strength of tea.

Turn the heat down when the tea reaches boiling point.

Leave it on the lowest heat for a couple of minutes.
