1: Simmer the bulgur for 20 minutes. Rinse in a colander
2: Dice the tomatoes and put in a bowl with the bulgur
3: Chop the parsley and mint finely and put in the bowl with the bulgur and tomatoes
4: Add the lemon juice, olive oil and spices and mix carefully
