    1. Whiz all of the ingredients in the food processor, Add olive oil and bread and whiz some more, Pass the mixture through a sieve to collect the pulp, Whizz the smooth liquid again, Season to taste, Leave to chill in the fridge for 2 hours, Serve with garnish
