Buckwheat choc chip cookies
Delicious cookies that give you more bang for your buck!
Ingredients

Mix the water and chia seeds. Let it sit for at least 10, 15 minutes. It will go gooey.Â

Beat the butter and sugar together until fluffy.

Add the water and chia seeds mixture and the vanilla.

Add all the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.

Fold it all in gently.

Line a baking sheet with non-stick baking paper.

Drop ‘scoops’ of the cookie mixture onto the paper. Leave enough room for them to spread out.

Bake for 10 minutes at gas mark 3 or 170° Celsius.

Leave them to cool on a wire rack.
