  1. If your pie boils over in the hot oven, cover the spill with a thick layer of salt immediately. It will dry to a crusty and easy, to, remove powder when the oven cools down.

    If food is baked on and dried, heat the oven to 125 degrees celcius and spray the area to moisten with water or vinegar. Cover with a thick layer of salt and turn off the oven. Once cooled, scrape salted areas and wipe with a wet towel. If additional cleaning is needed spray with vinegar and sprinkle with bicarbonate of soda. Allow to sit for several hours and wipe clean.
