Mixed Seed Wholegrain Crackers

This easy to make crackers are tasty, nutritious and great accompinied with any dip!

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 160 degrees Celsius.

  2. Put the first 5 dry ingredients into a bowl.

  3. Pour in the oil.

  4. Mix.

  5. Add enough water to make a dry dough.

  6. Take the dough out of the bowl.

  7. Knead the dough on a floured surface.

  8. Roll out thinly.

  9. Cut out into 12 - 15 pieces.

  10. Place the pieces on baking parchment.

  11. Brush with milk and sprinkle with seeds.

  12. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until cooked
