Woin Tegegn

Woin, originally from Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, is a mother of three and a passionate chef specializing in authentic Ethiopian cuisine. She left her full-time job to pursue her dream, creating over 35 Ethiopian and Ethiopian-inspired plant-based dishes. Woin traveled extensively in Ethiopia to research recipes, spices, and ingredients. She founded Ethiopic Kitchen, a catering company serving events of up to 300 people, and has taught cookery classes across London for the past seven years. Woin believes in the delicious potential of plant-based dishes, sharing her skills with those following plant-based diets.
