David Bez, originally from Milan, moved to London to work as an art director in advertising and graphic design. He started his Salad Pride blog to showcase his daily office salads, leading to global success and his debut book, Salad Love, in 2014. Featured in Stylist, The Huffington Post, The Times, and the Daily Mail, he was dubbed “the man who sexed up salad.” In 2015, he released Breakfast Love, followed by SupperLove in 2016. He opened a salad bar in Neal’s Yard, Covent Garden, and later co-founded Plant Hub Hackney. Now, David focuses on writing about plant-based food. David has taught numerous ‘big veg’ themed masterclasses for the charity.
