Sara is a plant based chef and cookery teacher, with experience of working in restaurants, cafés and catering wellbeing retreats in the UK and abroad. She is passionate about using wholefoods to create nourishing, colourful and tasty meals that integrate culture and bring people together. Sara loves to cook with local, organic ingredients, often foraging for seasonal plants to give her dishes a special burst of flavour & goodness. In her spare time, she creates and sells beautiful raw cakes which have been featured in Vogue’s Best London Vegan Food list.
