Scrambled Tofu

This protein, packed breakfast is delicious, and can be adapted to suit any taste buds. Play around by adding different spices and vegetables to find the perfect tofu scramble for you!

Instructions

    1. Press the block of tofu in between two paper towels to get out any excess water.
  1. Crush the block of tofu into the heated sesame oil, mix and fry until you have a variation of soft and crusty scrambled pieces.
  2. Add turmeric, black pepper, salt and paprika to your liking. , Serve on toast with roasted tomatoes and mushrooms for a healthy and wholesome vegan breakfast!
