She loves to work with seasonal, colourful and local produce, with a veg-forward and low waste approach. She’s the author of two cookbooks that reduce waste in home kitchens, was Sustainability Editor at delicious. magazine and used to run the supper club 10 Miles Club, where all the ingredients were sourced within 10 miles of the venue. As a specialist in eco-conscious cooking, she’s an engaged voice in the sustainability arena, hosting events, workshops and supper clubs, as well as speaking at and comparing discussions.
