Jenny, a native of California, brings over two decades of expertise as a climate specialist. She spent almost eight years in Beijing as a Principal Consultant, where she managed projects that included advising major clothing brands and their suppliers on energy efficiency. Since relocating to London in 2014, Jenny has directed global decarbonisation campaigns at the Climate Group, served as the Director of Strategic Partnerships at the Energy Foundation China, and now acts as a Senior Advisor to a new food and climate fund.
Outside of her professional life, Jenny enjoys plant-based cooking, exploring London’s diverse culinary scene, and using food as a means to promote holistic health. She is also passionate about travel photography and dancing. Jenny joins Made In Hackney as a trustee, aiming to integrate food, climate action, and racial equality for a more just and sustainable London.
