Chocolate banana nice cream

How to make a colourful, flavour and nutrition, packed dish that puts plants at the centre of the plate all whilst minimising waste and centring seasonal produce.

    1. Put the frozen bananas and cacao into a strong food processor and blend until you have a soft serve consistency.
  1. Optional for more sweetness: add syrup.
