Wash the bananas well. Remove the banana , eat or freeze it!
,Cut the top and tail off the banana skin. Scoop out any remaining banana flesh.
,Use a fork to shred the banana skin into thin pulled strips.
,Cut in half lengthwise to make shorter strips.
,Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and coat the pulled banana in the mixture and leave it to sit for at least 20 minutes.
,Peel and finely slice the onion.
,Heat 15ml oil in a pan then cook the onions.
,Once the onions are getting soft , be careful not to brown the onions too much , add the banana skin and cook for 10, 12 minutes until everything is tender.
