Step into Spring with the help of this simple cleansing Soup. If Winter has left you feeling a bit sluggish then this is the perfect recipe to kick start a new season of healthy eating!

    1. Chop the spring onions, fennel and celery into small dice

Heat the oil in a medium saucepan and add the chopped ingredients until soft, Add the stock and simmer for 5 minutes, Add the peas and broad beans and cook for 1 minute, Shred the lettuce and chard and simmer for another minute, Add the chopped herbs and remove straight away from the heat, Season and ladle into bowls
