Summer Rice Paper Rolls

A lovely easy starter or light lunch. You can pretty much put whatever you like into the rolls as long as it';s finely shredded! Photo taken from the wonderful Sage Wellness Blog http://saje.ca/blog

Instructions

  1. 1. Soak each rice paper in a little warm water – it will go completely translucent and soft so be CAREFUL

    2. Place gently on a chopping board.

    3. Load up with tiny amounts of the above ingredients – don’t be tempted to overfill.

    4. Roll up carefully

    5. Serve with a chili dipping sauce of your choice or sesame dressing
