Coconut pistachio tart
Sprinkling a tart with pistachio to make it look fancy is a simple but effective tip for presentation.
Ingredients
Topping:
- 200g silken tofu
Instructions

- Pour boiling water over all of the dates until softened, Blitz the oats with desiccated coconut and dates in a blender, Spread the base in a cake tin, For the topping, blend the tofu, dates and coconut, Spread the topping over the base, Crush the pistachios and sprinkle on top, Refrigerate until ready to serve
