Put the masa harina, salt (if using) and water in a bowl and knead well until you get a soft dough
,Divide into 10 equal pieces and roll into balls
,Place each ball in a plastic bag and place in the tortilla press or press down using a heavy pan
,Carefully peel back the plastic
,Cook in a non, stick dry pan over a medium heat for 1 minute or so, flipping over during cooking time until cooked
, Keep warm in a clean tea towel
