Chipotle Black Beans (Re, fried Style)

Delicious vegan recipe. Great served with our corn tortillas!

Instructions

    1. Gently fry the onion in the coconut oil until translucent

      ,

      Once the onions are cooked, add the garlic, chipotle powder, cumin and saute for another minute or two

      ,

      Add the beans to the pan with enough of the cooking juices to allow them to cook down nicely

      ,

      Simmer the beans for around 20 minutes until the flavours are well developed and you have a lovely thick pot of refried style beans
