Rhubarb and Ginger Cordial

Make the most of delicious seasonal rhubarb with a ginger kick!

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. 1. Zest the orange and squeeze the juice into a saucepan

    2. Grate the ginger into the saucepan

    3. Cut the rhubarb into 2cm pieces and add to the saucepan with the sugar

    4. Simmer for 20 minutes stirring, until the rhubarb is soft

    5. Strain through a muslin cloth, making sure to extract all the juice, and pour into a sterilised bottle with a sterilised funnel
