Sauteed Chilli Greens

These spicy greens add a kick and a crunch to any meal!

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and strip down the greens, removing any tough stalks, then finely shred.

    2. Heat the oil in a large pan and add the garlic and greens and stir, fry style quickly until they wilt down, but don’t overcook!

    3. To finish the greens, sprinkle over the salt, chilli and lemon, toss briefly and serve immediately.
