Veg Noodle Salad

A quick and easy zesty salad

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the packet

    Drain and rinse under a cold tap and leave to cool and dry

    Slice the vegetables finely and shave the carrots with a peeler

    Add all the salad ingredients to a large serving bowl and toss together

    To make the dressing, place all the ingeredients in a bowl and mix

    Add the dressing to the salad

    Garnish the salad with herbs such as chopped chives, coriander, spring onions and sesame seeds
