Oven baked pakoras

Instructions

    1. Finely slice and steam the swede/carrots/celery.
  1. Mix all the ingredients in a blow.
  2. Bake for about 20 minutes until crisp and brown.
  3. Serve with a chutney/ketchup/chilli sauce.
