Ella has worked as a professional marketer, writer and creative producer for eight years, across a variety of settings. Formerly, she was Marketing Officer at The Questors, London’s largest community theatre. In 2019, she set up her own poetry and live storytelling organisation, Off The Chest, with a mission to create spaces for original voices and foster creative communities. This passion for community and storytelling drives all of Ella’s work; a published writer and facilitator, she has had her plays professionally performed around the country and leads regular writing and theatre workshops. With a creative, narrative approach to marketing, she has run successful campaigns for several independent theatre and film projects.

With a practice rooted in community, creativity and empowering underserved groups, she is bringing her wealth of experience to elevate Made In Hackney’s mission of increasing access to nutritious, plant-based food while decreasing social isolation.
