After graduating in Accounting and Finance in 1992 and completing her ACMA in London, Jayshree implemented a digital accounting system for a bus manufacturer and gained financial experience in various sectors, including events, retail, media, and the Department of Health. In 2006, she paused her career for motherhood, which sparked her interest in cooking and quality ingredients. Coming from a family of farmers and cooks, food was always influential. Jayshree viewed Made In Hackney, a vegan food project, as an excellent re-introduction to the workforce, and has remained with the organisation for over a decade.
