Join teacher Asa for a fun and informative 2-hour session on the ancient art of fermentation. This hands-on class is suitable for all ages, with participants under 16 required to be accompanied by an adult (please note this when booking).
About Asa Simonsson:
Åsa Linéa Simonsson is the author of Fermentation - How to Make Your Own Sauerkraut, Kimchi, Brine Pickles, Kefir, Kombucha, Vegan Dairy, and More, published by Anness Publishing Ltd. Asa grew up in Sweden, where she first learned the craft of fermenting. A trained nutritionist, naturopath, and nurse, she runs Linéa Nutrition, a popular natural nutrition and health practice in the UK. Asa also leads workshops and retreats that focus on healthy, sustainable living.
