This hands-on class is perfect for all ages and focuses on creating delicious, budget-friendly meals! Participants under 16 will need to be accompanied by an adult (please note when booking). It’s a fun, interactive way to learn how to cook wholesome meals that are easy on the wallet.
About Chef Jordan:
Jordan Bourzig is a conscious vegan natural chef and a student of naturopathic nutrition. Originally trained in traditional French cooking, he has studied the fundamentals of French cuisine and worked in various restaurants, from bistros to Michelin-star establishments.
In 2019, Jordan transitioned to a vegan lifestyle and began exploring plant-based alternatives. His journey deepened in 2022 after a transformative experience on a permaculture farm in Wales, which heightened his awareness of the food system and its nutritional impact.
Since then, Jordan has dedicated his skills to sharing knowledge and offering healthy, affordable food to those he can assist. He is passionate about healing through food and natural elements, striving to contribute positively to the world through what we eat.
