The incredibly talented Vida Bakery ladies visit the Made In Hackney kitchen for this one off class. The session will begin with tea and delicious Vida bakery cakes (of course) and evolve into a cake decorating demonstration where you can learn all the tips and tricks from these talented professionals.

The demo will include:

-How to achieve classic Vida cake finishes such as rainbow layers, drips and fancy piping

-How to shape novelty objects - bananas, farm animals, pooh emoji's - you name it, the girls can make it!

- A-Z of the essential tools for successful cake decorating

-Techniques for impressive but speedy cake decorating

-How to successfully inject filling into cakes

The Vida team are doing this as a fundraiser for Made In Hackney - with all proceeds helping to fund our courses for low income and vulnerable communities. So much love to these fantastic ladies!
