The Event

Our experienced cookery teachers Sharon and Hannah will show you how to cook a range of diabetic friendly dishes that are affordable and packed with flavour. The sessions will be fun, relaxed and supportive with beginners welcome. All ingredients are provided and you will eat dinner at the class.

Dates: Mondays 07/11, 14/11, 28/11, 5/12, 12/12, 19/12, 6-8pm

Our food is freshly prepared in our busy cookery school kitchen that handles allergens, so we cannot guarantee that our food and drinks are allergen-free. Even in classes where these ingredients are not being used, they will be on site in our store rooms and our equipment will have previously come into contact with them.
