Since transitioning to a vegan lifestyle in 2019, Jordan has been exploring the richness of plant-based cuisine, innovating alternatives while honoring his culinary roots. A transformative permaculture farming experience in Wales in 2022 deepened his understanding of sustainable food systems and nutrition, inspiring him to share his knowledge and promote healing through natural, wholesome food.
