• Starter: Papa a la Huancaína
  Creamy Huancayo-style potatoes.

About Con Pasión Perú

From humble beginnings as a small catering project for community events, Con Pasión Perú has blossomed into a mission-driven social enterprise. Dedicated to sharing the art of plant-based Peruvian cooking, we inspire through workshops, catering, and an upcoming cookbook.

Rooted in sustainability, all ingredients are responsibly sourced, and deliveries are made by bike. Cooking became a therapeutic journey for our founder—a way to reconnect with creativity and cultural roots. Now, that passion is shared with the world, one dish at a time.

Refunds/transfers: Please understand our charity needs time to resell your tickets as we rely heavily on the income generated by our fundraising classes. We require a minimum of 14 days' notice for any cancellations or transfers once you have booked onto a class. You are also welcome to give your ticket to a friend or family member in case of last minute illness (just email classes@madeinhackney.org to let us know).
