The Event

By the end of the session you'll have the foundational knowledge you need and plenty of tried, tested and trusted recipes to enable you to make this positive change with ease - and without missing out on any of your favourite dishes." This masterclass will include:

  • An introduction to a variety of delicious and nutritious vegan ingredients
  • A selection of quick and easy recipes for breakfast, including pancakes and what mylks to put in your cuppa
  • Wholefood recipes to create delicious creamy and cheesy flavours and textures, such as bechamel and cheese for gratin
  • How to make mouth-watering vegan sweet things
  • Recipes to create hearty meaty flavours and textures using ingredients such as smoked tempeh and tofu.
  • Learning the health benefits of vegan ingredients and the importance of including fermented foods in your diet
  • Plenty of tasty snacks throughout the day as well as an organic plant based lunch

Bruna Oliveira graduated in physiotherapy in Brazil before moving to London in 2008, where she studied Naturopathy and Naturopathic Nutrition at CNM London, in order to pursue her passion for healthy and natural living. Bruna is the founder of London Nut Cheese Co and loves creating delicious recipes with the aim of inspiring people to transform their lives through making positive changes in their diet.

* This fee is used to fund our programme of free courses to vulnerable and low-income community groups. By attending a Made In Hackney masterclass you get a great day of learning AND you’re providing our charity with essential funds for us to continue our work with vulnerable community groups.

Refunds: we require a minimum of 7 days' notice for any cancellations or transfers once you have booked onto a class.

Stop press! Due to our growth (a good thing!) Made In Hackney is now VAT registered. This means from January 20th 2019 our masterclasses prices must include VAT - raising our prices by 20%. This is a legal requirement. Thanks for your understanding.
