The class will include:

• Learning advanced raw culinary skills and developing your knowledge of the benefits of raw food for optimum health and rejuvenation
• How to make stunning gourmet raw centrepiece dishes such as Butternut Squash Veloute, Pesto Stuffed Mushroom and Crumbled Portobello Loaf with Gravy
• How to make sumputous raw drinks for the party season such as energising cocktails and a Raw Vegan Eggnog
• How to make deliciously healthy festive desserts including Vegan Panna Cotta with Berry Compote and Mince Pie Energy balls
• A delicious organic raw plant based lunch and recipes to take home

Bruna Oliveira graduated in physiotherapy in Brazil before moving to London in 2008, where she studied Naturopathy and Naturopathic Nutrition at CNM London, in order to pursue her passion for healthy and natural living. Bruna loves creating delicious recipes with the aim of inspiring people to transform their lives through making positive changes in their diet.
