The class will include:
Learning knife skills and how to peel, chop and slice as precisely and fast as a chef
Understanding flavours and learning how to subtly balance or adjust them
Discovering the singular umami flavour, its importance and how to achieve it in your dishes
Learning technical cooking methods such as braising, poaching and emulsification
Improving your presentation skills so you know how to plate a dish and create a harmony of colours, shapes and textures
