The Event

“Feeling tired, stressed and run down? Want to feel healthier and more energized this new year, and less prone to colds and flu?
I will give you the tools to do exactly that so you can eat your way to wellbeing by learning how to prepare delicious body-supporting meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner using exclusively plant based ingredients.”

The class will include:

  • How to effortlessly include 9 portions of fruit and veg in your daily routine
  • A selection of easy recipes for power breakfasts such as scrambled tofu ‘eggs’, plant based pancakes and quick highly-nutritious smoothies
  • Delicious herbal lattes to increase stamina and boost energy levels
  • Tasty and satisfying wholefood main meal recipes, including gut-loving fermented sauerkraut, and scrumptious immune system-boosting desserts.
  • Ideas for preparing post-workout snacks and appetite-sating light bites such as seed crackers with almond and kale hummus
  • The benefits of ‘sprouting’ and using sprouted seeds in flavoursome salads
  • A delicious organic plant based lunch and recipes to take home

Bruna Oliveira graduated in physiotherapy in Brazil before moving to London in 2008, where she studied Naturopathy and Naturopathic Nutrition at CNM London, in order to pursue her passion for healthy and natural living. Bruna loves creating delicious recipes with the aim of inspiring people to transform their lives through making positive changes in their diet.

Made In Hackney uses cereals containing gluten namely: wheat (spelt and khorasan wheat), rye, barley, oats; peanuts; all other nuts; sesame; all other seeds; soybeans; celery and celeriac; mustard; sulphur dioxide/sulphites; lupin; tomatoes and other allergens in it's classes. Our food is freshly prepared in our busy cookery school kitchen that handles allergens, so we cannot guarantee that our food and drinks are allergen-free. Even in classes where these ingredients are not being used, they will be on site in our store rooms and our equipment will have previously come into contact with them. Participants attend at their own risk.
